Welcome to Admissions
“Our admissions process begins with a personal conversation.”
Choosing the right school is one of the most important decisions a family makes. At Jordao High School, we believe that the process should be clear, welcoming, and personal—reflecting the same care and individual attention that define our classrooms.
We are an ideal school for families seeking:
A small, calm learning environment
Personalised academic and emotional support
Qualified, caring teachers who know every learner by name
Strong CAPS academics with unique specialist subjects (Art, Drama, Design)
A respectful, diverse, values-driven community
How to Apply
Step 1: Make Contact
Step 2: Book a School Visit
During your visit, you will:
- Meet senior staff and teachers
- Discuss your child’s needs and learning profile
- Receive guidance on subject choices, including Grade 10 selection
- Tour our school and see our facilities
- Learn about our discipline approach, values, and daily routines
Because Jordao High School is a small and relationship-driven environment, this step is essential in helping both families and the school decide on the best educational fit.
Step 3: Complete the Application Pack
After your visit, you may download the required forms or request a printed pack.
Documents can be completed at school or at home.
All completed forms must be submitted in person, together with:
- Latest school report
- ID/Birth certificate copies
- Parent/guardian ID
- Proof of address
- Transfer card (if applicable)
This personal submissions step allows us to ensure accuracy, answer any last questions, and welcome families into our community.
